Frequently Asked Questions
What software do you use?
I specialize in Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, and Blender to create and model my environments. I use Octane Render and Redshift Render as my engines of choice. After Effects to composite/edit/stylize all post-production.
What is your process from start to finish?
The process typically starts with understanding the project goals and client needs, followed by concept development and storyboarding. Once the concept is approved, I will create assets (graphics, illustrations, 3d Models, Environments), and send style frames to the client for approval. The final step involves animation and rendering and compositing with consistent check-ins pre-scheduled with the client.
How long does it take to complete a project?
The timeline can vary significantly depending on the complexity of the project. A simple explainer video might take a few days to a week, while a more complex project (like a full TV commercial or 3D animation) could take weeks or even months. Client feedback and revisions can also affect the timeline. I generally try to keep things under a month if the scope allows.
How do you handle revisions and feedback from clients?
Handling feedback requires clear communication and flexibility. It’s important to establish expectations upfront and ensure clients understand the timeline for revisions. After receiving feedback, review it carefully, make necessary adjustments, and always keep the client informed about the progress. A good attitude and professional demeanor are key to maintaining a positive working relationship.
